These 2 thick books (Vol. 43 & 44) are not the cartographic reference but they are a specifically good one for the areas of Poplar, Blackwall and the Isle of Dogs of the Eastern London.
Published by the Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England in 1994. I first saw these 2 books at the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009. There was a complete series of the Survey of London which occupied an entire shelf.
